Our next guest is not only a rock-solid actor, he is a true legend.

He often joked, “I’m the highest-paid actor per word in the history of television!” about his breakthrough role in Miami Vice—a role that immediately earned him an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe.

“Less is more,” one might say… but with such an impressive track record, that’s clearly not the case.

We’ve known him since the 1970s, and his career is full of legendary roles:

• Alongside Harrison Ford as the mysterious Gaff in the cult film Blade Runner
• 107 episodes as Lieutenant Martin Castillo in the hit 1980s series Miami Vice
• 74 episodes as Admiral William Adama in the remake of Battlestar Galactica
• Professor James Gellar, the Doomsday Killer, main antagonist in the series Dexter
• In the MCU, playing Robert Gonzales in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
• 50 episodes of Mayans M.C., where he plays Felipe Reyes

And that’s not all! He has also shone in Disney’s Coco, The Simpsons, Narcos, 2 Guns, Hill Street Blues, Blade Runner 2049… and many more.
