- Your photo shoot ticket is valid for one professional photo shoot with the guest of your choice.
- A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 11 may participate with a single photo shoot ticket (excluding the guest).
- Photo shoot tickets are available online only.
- You will instantly get a professionally printed photo at the convention and afterwards you will be able to download the photo online.
- For the autographs, we offer presale autograph tickets in our ticketshop. In case the presale autograph tickets for a guest are completely sold out, there will also be no possibility to pay for their autograph at the convention.

You will receive a voucher in the first two days after the cancellation with which you can exchange your ticket for another photoshoot at Comic Con.
If you do not want to make use of this, you will receive a full refund of your money within the next 10 working days. You do not need to undertake any
action for this.
Tickets are not namebound at Comic Con.
You can therefore freely resell your ticket for the same value or less or even give it away to a friend or family member.
However, it is only allowed to resell occasionally and without making a profit.
This, of course, to prevent abuse.
There is no refund possible for purchased tickets, but you are free to resell it yourself.
