Comic con Group rules, terms & conditions
A ticket is a limited revocable license to attend a Comic Con Group event, which may be revoked or revised at any time at the sole discretion of Comic Con Group
In purchasing this ticket and in consideration for being admitted to the event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.
Holder also hereby: (1.) releases Comic Con Group from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any claim or course of action of any kind.
(2.) authorizes and permits Comic Con Group and its designers which can include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereby ant means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity and (3.) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event.
Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind designated activities without the express written permission of Comic Con Group .
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.
Comic Con France is a private event, and the carrying of any weapon is not permitted.

Comic Con Group may apply additional fees and limitations for certain activities.
Terms & conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Comic Con s activities and events, including VIP, Geek Deluxe, Early birds, Cosplay and General admission tickets. Comic Con France is being produced by Comic Con Group (hereinafter collectively with the event “Comic Con Holland”).
By purchasing any tickets or by attending any activities or events of Comic Con France, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, and any and all terms, policies, guidelines, laws, and regulations incorporated by reference herein.
All sales are final. All events are rain or shine, unless otherwise noted. All programming, cast appearances, times, and locations are subject to change without notice. No refunds are issued due to a cast member or activity being removed from the lineup.
No single event is guaranteed. The capacity of each individual event, attraction, screening or panel is limited by the venue size, and no refunds are issued due to unavailability due to capacity of a specific attraction.
In the event that refunds are offered, the decision as to whether you are entitled to a refund is determined by Comic Con Group , and must be considered final. If refunds are offered, you must adhere to Comic Con France instructions and deadlines.

Refund policy
Comic Con France, its production company, subsidiaries and affiliates may, in its sole discretion and at any time, cancel or refuse any individual or company the following: credentials, applications, purchases and tickets. Comic Con Holland will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that might result from such action.
No refunds. Payments are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use Comic Con France credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment or duplicate purchase. Comic Con Brussels will not issue refunds for badges and/or wristbands that have been revoked.
Lost or stolen badges, wristbands, or tickets will not be replaced. Comic Con France credentials will need to be purchased for continued access to all festival events.
Comic Con France will not issue refunds for credentials that have been revoked. Comic Con France reserves the right to revoke credentials for any reason (for example, if anyone other than the authorized individual tries to use a badge, wristband or ticket).
You understand that participating in it is voluntary and may involve certain risks of physical injury, damage to property, and other damages are losses that you may sustain. You assume all risk of damages, property loss, and personal injury which may occur by participating in Comic Con France.
In no event shall Comic Con France be liable to you or any other person or entity for any injury or damages to property, damages for loss of business profits or other pecuniary loss, including any direct, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or similar damages, arising out of your use of the registration and/or participation in Comic Con France, even if Comic Con France has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Comic con France and its officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including, but not limited to, costs and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of the registration(s) or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. You and Comic Con France hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts located in belgium and agree that any such court will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder.
Comic Con Group reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event that any term or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or provision.

Admission policy
All tickets for Comic Con France are on a first-come, first-served base(no assigned seats). Admission for each activity is only to venue capacity.
Privacy policy
Comic Con France recognizes that your privacy is very important. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that seriously.
When submitting your email address to us, know that your email address will not be taken from our site and added to bulk mailing lists. The only people who will have access to your personal information are Comic Con France staff and you the subscriber.

Vendor sales / solicitation policy
The sale of merchandise and/or services at Comic Con France to individuals by entities other than Comic Con Group or its partners/sponsors (including but not limited to for-profit individuals, for-profit organizations or not-for-profit organizations or individuals representing not-for-profit organizations) is prohibited except under the following condition:
Outside Vendors who have submitted an Comic Con France Agreement Form to participate at Comic Con France that allows outside vendors, and have been approved by Comic Con France. Comic Con Holland reserves the right to revoke approval for any reason, at any time.
Comic Con France and its organization are not a party to disputes about goods purchased from external traders/vendors at the convention.
Each purchase is therefore at your own risk and in case of complaints you should contact the vendors directly
Weapons policy
Comic Con France has a strict Weapons-Free Policy.
Comic Con France is a private event and attendees are prohibited from carrying weapons of any kind. Prohibited items include but are not limited to guns, ammunition, tasers, knives, sharp objects or explosives of any kind, whether carried openly or concealed, and are still prohibited even if the weapons are inoperable or unusable. Items that may be legal for you to own or carry are not welcome at our events if they violate this weapons policy.
Your participation at Comic Con France and its organization are not a party to disputes about goods purchased from external traders on the fair means that you agree to comply with this weapons policy, regardless of whether the weapons policy is posted at the premises of any official event.
You further understand and agree that, for your own safety and the safety of everyone at Comic Con France and its organization are not a party to disputes about goods purchased from external traders on the fair, we have the absolute and immediate right to inspect your bags, coats, and any other item you bring to the festival. Your safety, and everyone else’s, is very important to us.
